What do you do?
I am the Project Manager for Martell Home Builders; I manage all Moncton area construction. Martell Homes specializes in taking the offline aspect of construction and putting it online, by maintaining an online project site where clients can monitor and track all aspects of their build and actually share the experience with friends and family through weekly photos taken by the team and uploaded to the site.
When did you get started in the business?
I started in construction industry 5 years ago.

Martell Home Builders has been in business for 3 years.
Why you do what you do?
I love what I do, in spite of any stress or problems that may occur with managing the construction of over 30 homes a year, the smile on the customer’s faces when they walk in their new home on closing day makes it a great experience for me.
